  6. Gradually add water and knead until dough is form,cove and rest for 20-30 minutes.
  7. Now knead dough again make balls and coat in dry flour roll out like roti shape now cut into two pieces on one straight side of dough,apply water,join two sides/edges to make a cone and press gently to seal the cone.Fill potato stuffing in cone,apply water on the edges and bring the edges together and seal the edges..heat oil and fry on medium low flame until golden.
