- For FILLING - Take oil in a pan and add onion and other masalas(as mentioned in ingredients)and let that cook for a while then add salt and boiled potatoes to that and mix well
- After making the dough and the filling, Shape the dough to cones(In youtube you will get how to shape them) and fill the filling inside the cone and seal that
- Finally take a pan, add 3 cups oil for frying the samosas and heat the oil at a high flame and make it medium once you start frying the samosas. This part will take around 10 minutes and after 10 minutes it will be ready to be served â£Ã¯¸
