  8. 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  9. 1/2 cup chopped onions
  10. 1 tsp kasuri methi
  11. 1 tsp ginger paste
  12. 1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
  13. 1 tsp dried mango powder
  14. To taste Salt
  15. 1 tbsp chopped coriander

Instructions to make to make Aloo Paratha

  1. Combine the all ingredients in a bowl and mix well,enough water and knead into a semi-stiff dough, keep aside
  2. Heat ghee in a pan add cumin seeds,when the seeds crackle,add onion and saute on medium flame for 2 minutes, add green chillies,ginger paste, chilli powder,mango powder,kasuri methi, coriander, potatoes salt mix well and saute on medium flame for 1 min.
  3. Pinch a ball size dough and dust with some wheat flour
  4. Stuff the stuffing and roll slightly thick
  5. Cook the paratha to golden brown adding ghee
  6. Serve hot paratha with ghee
