  1. Mix the ingredients of chana dal. Mash while mixing by hand. The filling/stuffing is ready.
  2. Wash poha 2-3 times. Discard the water through a sieve.
  3. Grate the boiled and already cool down potatoes.
  4. Mix potstoes,poha, salt, kasoori methi and 4 tbsp rice flour. Mix well with light hand. Keep in refrigerator for 15 minutes.
  5. After 15 minutes, again mash the potato mix. Make 8 medium potato ball by lightly, oiling palms.
  6. Fill 1 tbsp chana dal stuffing in each potato ball. Seal and flatten them.
  7. Heat oil in kadhai. Fry the stuffed aloo tikkis on medium heat, both the sides, till brown /golden brown.
  8. Crispy stuffed also tikkis are ready to serve with green chutney.
