- For dough mix rice flour,all purpose flour,warm water and salt.and make fine smooth dough and keep aside.
- Wash the overnight soaked green moong,and grind it to a fine paste. And keep ready.

Heat the oil in a karhai,and temper mustard seeds,hing,add the chopped onions till it's change colour.add turmeric powder and saute for a while,then add the chopped tomatoes,paste green moong,and stir for a min till it's turn soft. Next add all the masala given for stuffing.continiues stirring And cook for 10 mins adding little bit of water to avoid getting sticky. Switch off the flame when it's done.
