  2. On the other side take a bowl, break six egg and add all the spice as mixed masala, red chilli powder, onion, red chilli powder, chat masala & mix it well, to make a smoothe, paste.
  3. Now take a portion of the dough make a round ball dust some flour on the rolling pin roll the dough into circular shape.
  4. Now heat the tawa on the low flame, place the roti on the tawa & beaten egg mixture on the central of roti,& fold it,& apply ghee on the foldest part, cook for few minute.
  5. Cook both sides well and apply oil on the outer area & cook paratha well.
  6. Make sure the egg & paratha both cooks well.
  7. Then cut it into two pieces & serve it.
