- As needed Ching shezwan chutney for spreading
- As needed Soaked the nutrela in a water for a min and squeez and drained

- Mix all the ingredients given forroti.seive all the flours adding butter,water,and salt and firm a smooth dough.
- Heat the oil in a wok and splutter mustard seeds,add onion,green chillies,turmeric,blackpepper, and saute for a while.next add all the vegetables.and saute for a while add all the spices given.and mix well add the vinegar,soya sauce,tomato ketchup,salt,ginger,and chopped dhania leaves and cook for 15 min in a low flame.stir in between in meanwhile.
- Now in a dry tawa pan make a round a shape roti till well cooked,arrange the portion of the stir fried vegetables and spread shezwan chutney in a row in the centre of the roti and finely wrap the roll nicely and serve hot.mix the chutney in vegetable too to get a tangy flaavour.
