  2. Then take a bowl put the flour and half tsp salt water.mix well make a soft dough add oil and mix well.keep it aside for half hour.
  3. Now take the dough mix it well again.and take a small ball of dough, roll it into a big chapati and cut it into small rounds.then take veg mixture. See if any water just press and drain it out keep it dry.now place mixture in the middle to the small round shaped dough.and make momo out of it.
  4. Now keep pan pour sufficient oil for frying wait until it's hot and put the momo fry it on low flame so that mixture inside will be cooked. Fry until golden brown. Take it out.and yummy tofu momo ready to eat. serve hot with tomato sauce or chilli sauce...
