Instructions to make to make Pizza pie

  1. Collect ingredients of dough together
  2. Make a soft dough and keep for rising for 1 hr at warm place after covering it properly
  3. Prepare chickenwith. Take a pan add oil and add 4-5 chopped garlic cloves and sautay
  4. Add chicken small pieces and sautay.
  5. Add salt, red chilli powder and cumin powder
  6. Add Turmeric and whole spice powder and mix
  7. Add 3-4 tbsp yoghurt and mix
  8. Cook till all spices combine together, water dried and oil oil seperated
  9. Use desired quantity from this chicken. I use 1/2 cup
  10. Chopped capsicum and onions
  11. Mix chicken, capsicum, onions and in a bowl
  12. Add cheese and mix
  13. Add pizza sauce and mix
  14. Now make 3 portions from dough. Take one make a ball and flatten to the thickness of more than paratha and set into the bottom of baking pan
  15. Now add chicken and cheese mixture over this flatten roti
  16. From 2nd portion of dough take half portion and make a very thin roti
  17. Now cover chicken, cheese and veggies mixture with that roti
  18. Now take 3rd portion of dough and make similar thickness roti as of first portion and make cuts through knief
  19. Now cover the thin layer of pie with this 3rd roti and from the remaking 2nd portion of the divide again into 3 parts and flatten and rolled them into rope and make braide. Arrange this braid over the edges of pie and press gently. Apply egg washing over top and bake for 30-35 minutes in pre heated oven at 190 degrees.
  20. Take out when turn golden from top and serve
