  1. In a bowl, add wheat flour, salt to taste, all dry masala powder, kalonji, ajwain, kasuri methi, coriander seeds and 1 tbsp oil.
  2. Mix all the ingredients very well
  3. Add water gradually to make a soft dough, Knead the dough for 2 – 3 min. Cover and Keep aside for 5 – 10 minute
  4. After the dough has rested well, make small balls and Roll it like you would for capati
  5. Apply ghee or oil on it.
  6. Sprinkle few Chopped coriander and flour, this helps to get flakey layers.
  7. Now start creating pleats by folding with the help of fingers.

  9. Begin to roll the pleated dough like a swiss roll.
