  23. 2 tsp Oil for drizzle (obt)

  1. Chop n wash methi leaves n rinse.Mix flour in paraat n add all masala salt n oil. Knead like thepla dough. Leave it for 10min.
  2. Meanwhile heatoil in a pan crackle cuminseeds n saute ginger chilli garlic turmeric paste add onion slice n saute. Now add methi leaves saute for a min. N add all masala. Add 1glass water bring it to boil.
  3. Now make a ball n roll roti from dough cut as per your choice shape. N add in a methi subji. Stir well n cover cook on mid slow flame. Add garam masala mix well. Cook for 7-10min.
  4. Healthy Tasty methi dhokli is ready to serve. Drizzle lemon juice n Serve hot with garlic chutney n onion tomato.
