- First we prepare dough. Mix samolina and salt into allpurpose flour and make dough and set a side for 15 minutes
- Roll the dough and make gole gappay with the help of cutter

- Now we make imli pani soake temarind into hot water and make pulp
- Now add imli pani ingredients and put in refrigerator or use cold water
- Now we make chutney for chutney add chutni ingreduents into pulp and put it on stove and cook for 5 minute and then add 1tbsp corn starch for thickening

- Now we prepare stuffing for gol gappa take boiled choley potatoes abd onion chillies add some imli pani and meethi chutney and mix them and stuff into gol gappa
