- For dough take lukewarm water in bowl add sugar and yeast, mix it and keep aside for 10 mins. Let the yeast activate..
- In a big bowl take maida, put salt, beaten egg, milk powder, 1 tbsp oil, activated yeast mixture and knead the dough well by adding lukewarm milk adding little at time.. knead the dough for 5 to 10 mins and keep aside to rest for almost 2 hrs.
- To make filling heat up a pan on medium flame and add butter.. now put onions and saute for 2 mins.. add maida and saute for 2 more mins.. now put milk and stir continuously.. add shredded chicken, salt, pepper powder and chillies.
- Add garam masala to filling and turn off the flame and let this mixture cool down.
- The dough will b double in size after resting for 2 hrs.. Now take the dough and divide into 2 parts.. Roll 1 part and spread the filling on it.. Take other part of dough, roll it and make stips as shown.
- Coat or brush the bread with egg and sesame seeds. Preheat the oven at 200 C and bake the bread for 15 to 20 mins at 200 C.
