- Caramel Sauce
- ½ cup Sugar
- 1/4cup Butter
- 1/4 cup Milk
- Walnut Apple Filling~
- ½ Apple (puree)
- 7-8 California Walnuts (Powdered)
- 1/4 tbsp Cinnamon Powder
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- Paratha Dough~
- 1 Cup Wheat Flour (Aata)
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 Pinch salt
- as needed Water to Knead the dough
- as per need Ghee to make the Paratha

- In a Sauce pan put ½ cup sugar. Put this on medium heat. Do not stir. Once Sugar starts to caramelize then stir it. Reduce the heat and continue stirring till a golden brown colour is obtained.
- Now add ¼ cup butter. Mix well.
Then add ¼ cup milk. - At this point increase the heat and stir well until the caramel starts to thicken slightly. Turn off the flame and transfer it into a cup or bowl.
- Now in a Parat take 1 cup Wheat flour (aata) Put 2 tspn oil and a pinch of salt. Knead a soft dough by adding water as required. Keep it aside for 10minutes.
- In a pan put pureed apple and 2tspn Sugar. Saute on a low flame until apple starts sticking together and starts leaving the pan.
- Add ¼ tspn Cinnamon powder and powdered walnut. Give it a mix. Turn off the flame and let the mixture cool.
- Now divide the dough into two portions. Dust the work bench with good amount of flour. Take one portion and roll out as thin as possible. It should be so thin that the work bench can be seen through the flattened dough.
- Spread the walnut apple mixture nicely at the centre. Bring all the sides to together like an envelope.
- In a pan heat about 1 tspn of Ghee. Cook the paratha nicely from both the sides by brushing ghee nicely.
