  6. For Noodles:

  9. 140 gms plain Noodles
  10. 3 tbsp Oil
  11. 1 finely chopped Onion
  12. 1 finely chopped Carrot
  13. 1 finely chopped Bell pepper
  14. 1 tsp Vinegar
  15. 1 tbsp Soya sauce
  16. 1 tbsp Schezwan sauce
  17. 1 tbsp Tomato sauce

Steps to make to make Schezwan Noodle Momos

  1. In a mixing bowl, all-purpose flour salt, oil, water and knead it into a smooth soft dough.
  2. Rest the dough for 20 - 25 minutes.
  3. Take a skillet, add water, oil, salt and boil the noodles for 10 minutes in it.
  4. Remove it from heat, drain the noodles and add 1 tsp oil.
  5. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a skillet, add onions and fry, then add carrots, bell pepper, beans and mix it well.
  6. Cook for 5 minutes on medium heat.
  7. Then add salt, vinegar, soya sauce, schezwan sauce and mix it well.

  10. Add the prepared schezwan noodles on it and shape it into momo.
  11. Place it in a steamer and steam for about 12 - 15 minutes.
  12. Remove it from steamer, and serve hot with momo chutney.
