- Cook rice with all the ingredients

- Put washed spinach n almonds in a mixer jar to make puree
- Heat ghee in a wok/kadhai
- Add cumin seeds bay leaf cinnamon stick ginger garlic and onions
- Add potato peas and cook for 2mins
- Then add carrot beans and cook again.
- Add salt biryani masala garam masala and spinach puree

- Add rice and make a nice layer
- Heat ghee in a pan add cashews raisins fry and take out. then fry onions till they are little caramelised.Then make nice layer.
