- 150 gram chicken
- 1/2 tblsp garlic paste
- 3 tblsp cream
- 1 tsp black pepper powder
- To taste salt
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- For smoke coal
- Assembling:
- Prepared Pizza dough
- Prepared Pizza sauce
- 150 gram Cheddar cheese
- 150 gram mozerella cheese
- 1 medium onion (sliced)
- 1/2 medium capsicum (sliced)
- 1/4 cup jelepenos
- To sprinkle oregano
Instructions to make to make Afghani Pizza
- In a bowl, take maida and add all the ingredients in it.
- Add water gradually and mix it. Now start kneading it.
- Knead well and add enough water so that it becomes sticky as in the picture.
- Knead for at least 15 minutes and makes it smooth. Now grease the pot with oil and let the dough rest for proofing for 3-4 hours or until double in size.

- Pizza sauce is ready. You can store it in air tight container for about 1 week.
- Pizza topping:
In a bowl add chicken and all the spices and marinate for 30 minutes. - In a pan heat oil and add chicken and let it cook until chicken becomes tender and well cooked.
- Now give coal smoke in the chicken.
- Grate cheddar and mozerella cheese set aside and also cut some jelepenos and set aside.
- Assembling:
Now all the things are ready. - Grease a 10"or 11" pan and place the dough in it and spread the dough in the whole pan with fingers
- Now spread pizza sauce in it almost 3 tbslp.
- Now add chicken on top of it
- Now add layer of cheddar and mozerella cheese on top and some sliced onion and capsicum and jelepenos.
- Now bake at 180°C in pre-heated oven for 20-25 minutes.
- Check if the cheese melts then take out of oven. Pizza is ready.
- Tip: in this recipe capsicum is not required but I added it because I like capsicum in the pizza. You can add any topping and vegetables. It depends on you..
