This paratha is very healthy, you can make this for breakfast or lunch box. I paired this paratha with cucumber raita, it goes well with pickle as well.

I also added some other spices like Ajwain, red chilli powder, and garam masala powder. I personally like the flavor of Ajwain in his roti, so I added it. If you don’t want you can skip it. I also added a little bit of plain curd, just to reduce the bitter taste, If you want to cut down, you can do it, It will still turn out good.

  1. Get all the ingredients ready. First, clean the leaves by soaking them in water with a little bit of salt. This will help to remove the pesticides they used for the leaves.

  6. Now heat the Tawa, place the paratha and cook it. After a few secs when you notice it's cooking well, flip it and cook. Meanwhile, apply ghee over the paratha on both sides. Once it is done, take out and start stacking the parathas.
  7. Finally serve the Methi Parathas with raita, curry or pickle.
