  17. 1 handful coriander leaves
  18. 1/2 tsp Cumin seed
  19. 2 tsp Oil
  20. 1 cup oil for frying

Instructions to make to make Matar pyaz kachori

  1. For dough making take one big plate add all purpose flour then add 2 tbsp desi ghee, 1 pinch baking soda and 1/2 tsp salt mix all and knead it properly
  2. Then keep the dough to rest 10 min
  3. After that make suffing heat the pan add oil after that add cumin seed,pinch of asafoetida then add onion,green chilli fry till light brown
  4. Then add boiled mash potato and boiled green peas saute for 1 min then add red chilli,drymango,coriander,turmeric powder,salt mix it well cooked for 4-5 min in low to medium flame
  5. After that add coriander leaves
  6. Then take a small dough make small poori type then add stuffing on centre then cover it from all the side then roll it little
  7. Same way make all the kachori
  8. Heat the kadai add oil when oil it hot then fry kachori in medium flame till both the side get brown and crisp
  9. Then remove in a tissue paper plate
  10. Serve it hot with tamarind chutney or coriander chutney or tomato sauce
